Aluminum alloy cone observation buoy painted in orange with a warning light, Fl.R.4s,  2.9m diameter, 3.3m height, has been deployed at the following position, with about 2,400m moving radius.

[Reference]
Former Notice 24/2018, 21°04'54.5"N., 118°53'42.2"E. buoy is cancelled.
